Our most budget-friendly option is the Essential Hydration IV Therapy Package, priced at $110. This package is perfect for a quick hydration boost and electrolyte replenishment.
2What size are the IV bags used for your treatments?
At Novakai Wellness, all our IV therapy drips utilize generous 1000ml (1 Liter) bags. This larger volume ensures you receive optimal hydration and the full benefit of our nutrient formulations. We provide 1000ml bags, but offer the smaller 500ml bags upon request.
3What are your most popular IV therapy packages at Novakai Wellness?
Our clients often choose our Myers' Cocktail IV Drip for overall wellness, our NAD+ IV Therapy for anti-aging and cellular repair, Energy drip to get you through the day when the caffeine won't, and our specialized Immune Boost/Recovery Drips.
4Can I customize my IV drip with additional vitamins or nutrients?
A: Yes! You can personalize your IV therapy experience by adding extra vitamins, antioxidants, and nutrients to any package. Each add-in is typically priced at $20, allowing you to tailor your treatment to your specific wellness goals.
Appointments + Mobile Services
1How long does an IV therapy session typically take at Novakai Wellness?
Most of our IV therapy treatments last between 30 to 45 minutes. This can vary slightly depending on the individual and the specific drip. Our specialized NAD+ IV drips require a longer administration time, typically 1-3 hours per session.
2How quickly can a Novakai Wellness nurse arrive for a mobile IV drip treatment?
For our mobile IV therapy services, we can generally have a registered nurse at your home, office, or preferred location within approximately 2 hours of booking. To secure your desired time slot, especially for events, we highly recommend booking your IV drip appointment in advance.
3Where can I receive my Novakai Wellness IV drip?
Novakai Wellness offers convenient IV therapy options. You can visit us, or we can bring our services to you with our mobile concierge service! This includes your home, office, gym, dormitory, or even at events like parties, conferences, weddings, marathons, CrossFit competitions, and more.
4Do you have a minimum order for your mobile concierge IV service?
Yes, for our mobile IV therapy concierge service, clients must at least order our Essential Hydration IV Therapy Package at $110 to book an appointment.
5Are there travel fees for the mobile IV concierge service?
For our convenient mobile IV therapy service brought directly to your location, a $25 concierge fee applies if there are fewer than 3 individuals receiving IVs or if the total service cost is less than $250.
This $25 fee is waived if your group consists of 3 or more clients, or if your total service cost is $250 or more!

1Does Novakai Wellness offer discounts on IV therapy services?
Yes, we do! Novakai Wellness is pleased to offer group discounts on our IV services:
- 3-9 patients: 10% off all packages
- 10-19 patients: 15% off all packages
- Groups of 20+ patients: 20% off all packages
2How can I pay for my IV drip therapy at Novakai Wellness?
We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards at the time of service. Please note: A 3.5% processing fee will be added for credit card transactions.
3Is IV drip therapy covered by insurance? Can I use my HSA/FSA?
A: Currently, IV therapy treatments are generally not covered by standard health insurance plans. However, the cost of our IV therapy services is often comparable to, or even less than, many emergency room co-pays. The great news is that IV therapy IS eligible for Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) use! Simply keep your Novakai Wellness receipt and submit it for reimbursement—it's that easy!
4Does Novakai Wellness charge sales tax on IV therapy?
No, we do not charge Washington state sales tax on our IV therapy services, making your path to wellness even more accessible.
General Wellness + Consultations
1How often should I get IV therapy treatments with Novakai Wellness?
The ideal frequency for IV therapy varies per individual. While some clients benefit from weekly sessions, we generally recommend IV therapy 1-2 times per month for sustained wellness. For proactive health maintenance, addressing chronic concerns, or general wellness, two IV drips per month can help balance vitamin deficiencies. Our knowledgeable medical staff, including our PharmD and other providers, can offer personalized 1-on-1 consultations to guide you on the best IV drip regimen and formulations for your specific needs and goals.
2Can I consult with a medical professional at Novakai Wellness about my IV therapy needs?
Absolutely! We have experienced medical providers and a PharmD on our team who are available for 1-on-1 consultations. They can answer any questions or concerns you may have and help you determine the most beneficial IV therapy plan for you.
3Is it appropriate to tip the Registered Nurses at Novakai Wellness?
Tipping is greatly appreciated by our hardworking Registered Nurses as a token of gratitude for their quality care and expertise, but it is certainly not expected. Our nurses receive 100% of any tips given.
