A mother of two, Sarah, alongside her husband Dom, has built Novakai Wellness on a foundation of care and commitment to the Longview community's health.

Dominic "Dom" Tupua is an Owner and Operator of Novakai Wellness. A retired U.S. Army Veteran originally from Portland, OR, Dom brings strong leadership and a deep commitment to service to the Novakai Wellness team. He is passionate about giving back to the community, particularly through initiatives that enhance individual health and wellness in Longview and beyond. His dedication ensures Novakai Wellness operates smoothly, always prioritizing client care.

MARKETING + DIGITAL STRATEGY
Kevin Charette and Cody Brutlag are the creative minds managing the Novakai Wellness website and social media presence. Kevin, a native of Longview, WA, also serves as a Chief Weather Forecaster for NBC in California. Cody holds the role of Region Director of Digital Marketing – California for a large US health system. Despite their demanding careers, both Kevin and Cody dedicate their expertise to supporting this growing family business, ensuring Novakai Wellness effectively reaches and engages with the Longview community online.

NURSE PRACTITIONER
A graduate of Washington State University's Doctorate of Nursing Practice program, Jason is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). Having lived in Washington for the last 21 years, Jason also continues to serve in the U.S. Army Reserves. His extensive medical knowledge and compassionate approach are invaluable assets to our clients seeking comprehensive wellness solutions. Novakai Wellness is proud to have Jason as a key part of our expert medical team.

Brittany is an experienced Registered Nurse, currently specializing in Labor & Delivery at PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center in Longview. Married for 13 years and a mother to four active children—Ryder, Layton, Blake, and Brynnley—Brittany understands the demands of a busy life and the importance of maintaining good health. She brings her nursing expertise and a love for fitness, music, and the outdoors to her role at Novakai Wellness, where she helps clients pursue their IV therapy and wellness goals.

Tiffany brings more than 22 years of nursing experience to the Novakai Wellness team, with 17 of those years spent in the high-paced environment of the emergency department. As a busy mom who loves staying active, Tiffany understands the importance of energy and recovery. She's passionate about CrossFit, concerts, and supporting her kids in their sports, while also playing softball herself. Her love for the outdoors includes hiking, backpacking, camping, hunting, and fishing. Tiffany's diverse experience and energetic approach make her a great asset in helping our Longview clients achieve their health and wellness objectives through IV therapy.

Aleeah is an accomplished graduate of Lower Columbia College, where she honed her foundational nursing skills and knowledge. Currently, she's expanding her expertise by pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, further solidifying her commitment to providing comprehensive and compassionate care.

Janae has 11 years of dedicated service in the nursing field, she has cultivated a wealth of experience and expertise. Six of these years have been specifically devoted to the challenging yet rewarding specialty of oncology, where she holds a chemotherapy certification.
Janae shares a deep and loving bond with her husband, whom she considers her best friend. Together, they are the proud parents of a beautiful daughter, Sloane, who undoubtedly brings immense joy and meaning to their lives.

Born and raised in Longview, Ashely has been an LPN for the past 10 years. Her experience includes urgent care, correctional nursing, and most recently, working as a high school nurse. When she's not working, Ashley and her husband are busy shuttling their two young children to sports, or enjoying the beach, camping, and Mariners games.

Justyne is a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an impressive 12 years of experience in the healthcare field. Her career began in oncology, where she spent four years providing compassionate care to patients. For the past eight years, she has found her calling as an elementary school nurse, a role she cherishes deeply. She thrives on the daily interactions with children, finding immense satisfaction in contributing to their well-being and development within the school environment.
Beyond her professional life, she is a proud mom of two, currently embracing the energetic demands of her "sports mom" era.
